Simply pop in for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Enjoy the conservatory or main house dining room any time of the day. We are fortunate to have many great local suppliers of quality produce and this plays a large part in our menus. We use the freshest foods simply cooked to bring our their fullest flavours, whether it’s for breakfast, a private function or an evening meal.
Our Head Chef Chris Hollands, revels in fresh ingredients, creating dishes that change with the seasons. Here is a typical sample of our a la carte menu.
There’s an emphasis on traditional British dishes with Mediterranean influences from wholesome homemade soups, fresh fish and seafood caught at Rye and Hastings, to meat from nearby farms. And let’s not forget delicious old favourites like pie and mash. Sample Menus

Children of all ages are welcome in the dining room. We are more than happy to provide smaller size portions from our menu or you can choose from our popular Children's Menu.
Children’s high tea served 6pm -7pm.
