We recognise that during this time things may change, such as government directives and your personal situation. With this in mind we are offering fully flexible reservations. No deposit necessary.

Arrival and check-in

Where possible we request customers to contact the hotel 20 minutes before arrival, so we can ensure a smooth social distanced check-in. Please note check-in is from 2pm onwards.

We have put in place signage at the entrance and throughout the hotel detailing the guidelines we have in place. Any guests or visitors displaying Covid 19 symptoms may be asked to leave.

Hand sanitising stations throughout the hotel, customers are requested to sanitise before entering the hotel.

Footprint floor markers are in place to aid social distancing.

Check-in will be socially distanced and simplified. A sealed check-in pack with registration card, relevant documents and sanitised key will be waiting for you. Please review and sign at one of the side tables.

Contactless and card payments are preferred.

All surfaces, door handles/rails and equipment will be regularly cleaned and sanitised throughout the day.

We politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 that you do not enter the hotel.


Guest bedrooms

Each bedroom has had some items removed to reduce shared usage between guests.

All surfaces and touch points are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before your arrival.

All linen and towels are washed at a high heat.

Your bedroom will only be accessible by its occupants and housekeeping staff will not enter rooms for stayover guests.

Housekeeping will provide top-up items such as towels and toiletries and place these outside your door.


Food and drink

Restaurant and Lounge staff will have strict handwashing rules in place, actioned each time between serving and clearing different tables.

There is a separate entrance and exit to the restaurant and lounge area, reducing contact and social distancing between guests and staff.

We have made some refinements to our food and beverage service at the hotel. Customers will be offered bar and restaurant table service where our team will take drink orders and bring your drinks direct to you.

Breakfast has been enhanced. A full a la carte, table service breakfast will be served from Monday – Friday 7.30am to 10am.Saturday 8am-10am and Sunday 8am-11am

Room service is available and will be delivered outside your room door.

Customers may like to dine in the Conservatory, on the Terrace or have a light bite in the lounge.


Around the hotel

A number of enhanced cleaning measures have been put in place which include regular cleaning of all touch points throughout the hotel.

Clear signage with social distance guidance are around the hotel, including many hand sanitising stations.

The toilets will be open, however we encourage all customers to use their bathroom in their guest room where possible.

The staircases and corridors are available for use, but should only be shared with your household. When walking through the hotel we ask that you use your discretion and consideration by keeping your distance.


Leaving the hotel

A staggered check-out will be in operation.

Your room bill can be emailed to you to review upon request.

We ask that only one guest per room comes to reception to check-out and make payment

Contactless and card payments are recommended.

Upon departure, rooms keys are to be placed in deposit box at reception ready for sanitisation.

We ask that you use the hand sanitiser as you leave the hotel.


The Beauty Rooms

The Beauty Rooms are open. We are currently taking bookings for massage treatments only.


Health Club and swimming pool

The indoor swimming pool is open for pre-booked swim slots only. This is available to hotel guests (included in your stay) and pay as you go users.

Unfortunately, the gym, saunas, steam room, hydro pool, lockers, showers and dry change rooms will remain closed.

Health Club facilities update for Members

What about my membership payments?

For members who pay by Direct Debit, your payments will be frozen for the entire period we are closed.
For members who have paid in full for health club memberships, we will add on the missing months once we re-open to ensure you get your full period of membership with us.
