Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are late it may not be possible to offer the full treatment/s due to the therapists and treatment rooms being committed to other clients. The full cost will be charged in the case of late arrivals.
Cancellation
We kindly request 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise the full cost of the treatment/s will be charged. We will do our utmost to honour all appointments, however, on very rare occasions it may be necessary to cancel or offer alternative treatments, booking times or therapists.
