At the festival taste some of the finest quality scallops in the country, with a programme of special events on offer, including scallop-cutting and scallop-cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and musical entertainment.
All our dishes use fresh Rye Bay scallops;
'Oh so very popular' oven roasted scallops served in the shell with chilli, garlic & ginger butter
Scallop and corn chowder with spicy chorizo served with warm crusty bread.
Pan seared scallops wrapped in pancetta served on black pudding with local baby leaf salad.
Tempura scallops with homemade lemon aioli and dressed rocket, served with skinny fries.
