At the festival taste some of the finest quality scallops in the country, with a programme of special events on offer, including scallop-cutting and scallop-cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and musical entertainment.

Pan fried scallops with sauce vierge & blanched asparagus
Scallop and corn chowder with spicy chorizo and
with warm crusty bread
Oven roasted scallops in the shell
with chilli, garlic & ginger butter
Pan seared scallops wrapped in pancetta
on black pudding with local baby leaf salad
