Terms & conditions Please note that, whilst every care has been taken to ensure that the details on this site are correct, they are subject to change and variation. Naturally, we also cannot guarantee that the room(s) and facilities you require will always be available. We will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible to any enquiry made through this site. If a booking is amended (i.e. to fewer nights) or cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival, we reserve the right to charge in full for the cancelled nights. As our deposits paid are non-refundable, we recommend you take out insurance. If you wish to claim a discount, book on a special rate or use a voucher this must be mentioned at the time of booking. Rates cannot be altered once the booking has been made. Any vouchers must be handed in on check-in. Offers/discounts cannot be used in conjunction. Children under the age of 14 receive accommodation free of charge when accompanied by two full paying adults, all meals charged as taken. Children over the age of 14 can stay unsupervised in a guest bedroom at a full paying rate, children under 14 to be supervised when staying in guest bedrooms.
