The head chef and her team have helped to create a menu that varies daily with seasonal availability, and will appeal to customers who like the freshest foods simply cooked to bring out their fullest natural flavours. There’s an emphasis on local, free range and organic ingredients. Local fish and seafood caught off Rye and Hastings, meats, vegetables, salads and herbs from nearby farms, all play a role.
You can expect to savour traditional English dishes with Mediterranean influences from wholesome homemade soups, fresh fish and seafood, Romney Marsh lamb to good old 'sausage and mash' and traditional English afternoon cream teas.
